The Mall at Rockingham Park introduces new retail/dining lineup

Salem, NH The Mall at Rockingham Park, New England’s premier destination for tax-free and fashion-forward shopping, released a lineup of new retailers and dining experiences set to open throughout 2026. Opening in the spring through the fall, these new additions reflect the center’s continued evolution into an all-in-one destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Now open, Carter’s has made its debut at the center on the Lower Level, bringing one of America’s most trusted names in children’s apparel to Southern New Hampshire. The new store offers families a convenient destination for everyday essentials to special occasion wear.

Expected to open later this month, Rowan, will debut its first-ever New Hampshire location, introducing a modern approach to ear piercing. All piercings are performed by board-certified nurses using hypoallergenic products, ensuring a safe, personalized experience rooted in self-expression. In early summer, New Balance will join the lineup, offering its full range of performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Also arriving this summer, POP MART will bring its globally recognized designer toy concept to Salem. Known for its original characters, including the widely popular Labubu, and its signature blind box format, the brand blends art, collectability, and community, appealing strongly to millennial and Gen Z audiences.

Further expanding the center’s entertainment offerings, The Mall at Rockingham Park will welcome Game On and Loretta’s Last Call this fall. Both concepts, long associated with the Fenway Park game-day experience, will introduce a new level of dining and entertainment to the property, creating a lively destination well into the evening hours.

“These additions highlight how The Mall at Rockingham Park continues to grow alongside our community,” said Elizabeth Tetreault, area director of marketing. “We are thoughtfully curating the brands and experiences guests want, from everyday essentials to entertainment destinations, so every visit offers something for everyone, at any time of day.”

These openings build on the center’s recent momentum, including the arrivals of gorjana, Aerie with OFFLINE by Aerie, and an expanded lululemon.
