What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? It’s actually been really nice interacting over Zoom with clients who are also working from the more causal home environment versus a polished corporate setting. It’s a reminder that we are all in this thing together, trying to balance work and home life. There’s something about having your dog refuse to stop barking during an important meeting that forces you to put your guard down and be more real.

What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? The ability to meet virtually allows me to schedule more meetings in less time than the old face-to-face way of doing things. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021? My feeling is that the rental market will continue to be slow until the vaccine has been distributed to a majority of the world’s population and the economy starts showing consistent signs of recovery. Once people are allowed to move around and return to work, both here and abroad, the situation will improve.
