What steps have you taken to ensure the continued success of your firm? By implementing a COVID1-9 site safety plan and putting the jobsite health first this past year we were able to get the different crews, inspectors, consultants and design/ownership teams on board to stay open.

How have you adapted and changed in the last 12 months? I certainly appreciate that I can work in a more focused manner without the constant stream of interruptions that comes from being in an open office. I am also much more aware of the stresses that I was living with every day before WFH.

Why should women consider a career in the A/E/C industry? I took one of those career placement tests in high school and I was no closer to knowing what I wanted to do. I actually started out in college as a Physical Education major, switched to Business and went on to get an MBA in Information Technology Management.
