What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? Early in my career, I struggled with the idea that a leader must know everything. I learned that while you don’t need to be an expert in all areas, being a resource to your team and clients is key.
Best book, podcast, or app for aspiring leaders: I am a firm believer that there is no single “best” source for aspiring leaders. Leaders should be open to consuming varying types and sides of content, and then drawing their conclusions from there.
