Tamposi and Ball of CBRE/New England complete sale of 189.85 acres - $1.29 million

CBRE/New England (CBRE/NE) has completed the sale of 39 Charles Bancroft Hwy., a 189.85 acre land parcel. The land traded hands for $1.29 million. The CBRE/NE Manchester team of Mike Tamposi, associate, and Mike Ball, associate, brokered the deal. The buyer and seller of the land were not disclosed.

39 Charles Bancroft Hwy. is a 189.85 acre parcel containing commercial, residential and transitional zoning designations. The land is open to a variety of uses including industrial, agricultural, timber and residential. Neighboring parcels include an active Christmas tree farm and other current-use agricultural operations. The land is located in close proximity to the Manchester/Boston Regional Airport. The site contains a mixture of northeastern hardwoods and pine stock.
