Cassidy Turley has leased 3,426 s/f to New England Urgent Care and 3,160 s/f to Penn Mutual Life Insurance at Two Adams Place, for lease terms of five years.
The Cassidy Turley team who represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT, included senior managing director, principal Sean Teague and associates Jon Vacca and Kate McGovern.
1st US Realty represented New England Urgent Care and Cushman & Wakefield represented Penn Mutual in the transactions.
Two Adams Place is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.
Constructed in 1988 and renovated in 2004, Two Adams Place is a four story 98,857 s/f class A office building. The building's exterior is polished granite and its floor plates are designed for functionality and flexibility.
