Technology Point Properties appoints O'Brien Commercial Properties to market 42,000 s/f 42 Nagog Park

Technology Point Properties has appointed O'Brien Commercial Properties to market its newly acquired building at 42 Nagog Park. This 42,000 s/f building houses companies such as Cami Research and BAE Systems. Astrum Solar Inc. has leased 5,000 s/f of space at 114 South St. in Hopkinton. David Curley, an associate at O'Brien Commercial represented Astrum Solar in the transaction and Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Properties represented the landlord. In addition O'Brien Commercial has been appointed to sell a valuable parcel of industrial zoned land located at 190 Farm St., Bellingham. This site abuts I-495 on the Medway/Bellingham border.
