The Ashforth Co. leases 19,700 s/f to First County Bank
According to The Ashforth Co., First County Bank has chosen 3001 Stamford Square as the new location for the bank's executive offices.
Moving approximately 50 employees from its current locations in Stamford, First County Bank will occupy 19,700 s/f on the first floor of the building developed, owned and managed by Ashforth and located at 3001 Summer St.
Ed Tonnessen, managing director of JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for 3001 Stamford Sq. represented Ashforth. 3001 Stamford Sq. is now 71% occupied with approximately 84,000 s/f available for lease.
