Godin Jr. and Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers 140,000 s/f

Ed Godin Jr. SIOR and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, have represented both parties, NEJ Inc. and Cornerstone Realty, in the leasing of 140,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 400 Captain Neville Dr. The 200,000 s/f facility is located off of I-84 at exit 25A near the Cheshire border and was recently acquired by Cornerstone. Matthews Commercial continues to market the remaining 22,000 s/f of flex or office space for the owners. The new tenant, NEJ Inc., is expanding from their current locations in Beacon Falls, CT and will be utilizing the facility for their processing and warehouse operation.
