The Boulos Group arranges four transactions
totaling 38,483 s/f - including 19,984 s/f office lease to Q, Inc.

271 Locust Street - Dover, NH

Dover, NH Q, Inc. leased 19,984 s/f of office space from Double Diamond Holdings South, LLC. Q, Inc. is a firearms manufacturer with a production plant located at Enterprise Dr. The tenant will be using their newly leased space at 271 Locust St. primarily for office. The new space at Locust St. will give Q, Inc. The extra office space they need to accommodate their growth.

The transaction was arranged of behalf of the landlord, by Kent White and Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company.

Salt Pump Climbing Co. leased 14,500 s/f of retail/gym space from Salema Realty Trust. The tenant is an indoor climbing gym based in Scarborough, Maine. They have recently leased this space at 199 Constitutional Ave. in Portsmouth, NH to serve as a second location. They will offer a variety of activities for all ages, including rope climbing, bouldering, and classes for both children and adults.

35 Fresh River Road - Epping, NH

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Christian Stallkamp of The Boulos Company, and on behalf of the landlord by Patty Visconte of SVN/The Masiello Group.

Service Federal Credit Union entered a long-term lease of 1,768 s/f of retail space with W/S Epping, LLC at 35 Fresh River Rd. in Epping, NH. The tenant plans to use this location as a bank branch, that they ultimately hope will become an important part of the Epping community, providing convenience and quality banking services to the local area.

Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. leased 2,231 s/f of warehouse space from Cenfer Commons, LLC at 1357 Rte. 3A in Bow, NH. Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. provides world-class thermal energy solutions to industrial, institutional, commercial, municipal, and residential markets.
