The Conrad Group completes two building sales totaling $6.831 million

Scituate, MA The Conrad Group recently negotiated two sales totaling $6.831 million.

The first sale was of a medical office building located at 56 New Driftway. The building consists of 24,000 s/f on three floors on 1.7 acres of land. The building was 90% leased at the time of sale to Harbor Medical Associates, Baystate Physical Therapy, Advanced Dental and several others medical tenants. James McEvoy and Peter Cooney of The Conrad Group exclusively represented the seller, Atlantic-Scituate Realty LLC, and McEvoy represented the buyer, Fulcrum Real Estate Partners. According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $3.756 million.

Also, Conrad Group negotiated an industrial building sale in Weymouth’s Libbey Park. The building, located at 195 Libbey Industrial Parkway, totals 42,100 s/f on 3.1 acres. SJ Ginns Company of Hingham will be moving its operations to the property and will occupy 15,500 s/f in the building vacated by the seller, Southeastern Industrial Trust, representing a 100% expansion from its location on Sharp St. The remaining space in the building is leased. McEvoy exclusively represented both parties in the transaction. According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $3.075 million.
