The Conrad Group completes two new leases totaling 35,539 s/f

Norwell, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. has completed two leases totaling 35,539 s/f.

Conrad and Perry Brokerage teamed up to lease 20,800 s/f at 106 Longwater Dr. in Norwell. The tenant, Road To Responsibility, will be moving in to 20,800 s/f of newly completed space in Assinippi Office Park.

Road To Responsibility has a simple mission. They provide the means, the opportunity and the support necessary to allow citizens with developmental difficulties to take their place as productive members of the community. The space comprises office, administration, activity and associated amenity space all under one roof.

The long term lease was negotiated by Robert Conrad and Jim McEvoy of The Conrad Group representing the landlord, Longwater Realty LLC and Rich Beale from Perry Brokerage who represented Road To Responsibility. Occupancy occurred this month.

In the second deal, Conrad completed a long term lease of 14,739 s/f at 60 Sharp St. in Hingham. The new tenant, L Street Ventures will be re-location their corporate offices as well as their marketing and management centers to 60 Sharp St., owned and managed by Sharp Street LLC.

Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “As the master developer of Union Point, the surge in activity at the 1,500 acre community has resulted in geometric growth both on site and within L Star’s corporate ranks. 60 Sharp St. is strategically very close to Union Point and offers excellent space for the firm’s growth.”

Conrad was assisted by McEvoy in the lease and Peter Cooney of The Conrad Group represented the landlord, 60 Sharp Street LLC. Occupancy is expected this month.
