The Conrad Group handles long-term lease for Aspire Health

1501 Washington Street - Braintree, MA

Braintree, MA  The Conrad Group, Inc. represented Aspire Health Alliance in a long-term lease commitment. The goals of the firm were to combine four present offices under one roof which presented a challenge. 

According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, “Due to the fact that we were dealing with four different offices with 4 different expiration dates, we needed to find an understanding Landlord. At the end of the long-term negotiations, both sides walked away having accomplished their goals.”

The 40,000 s/f building located at 1501 Washington St., will be retrofitted to accommodate Aspire’s needs and the first phase of occupancy will occur in November. 

Paul McCourt, senior vice president at The Conrad Group said, “We have had the pleasure of representing Aspire Health for the past 30 years. They serve over 17,000 families on the South Shore and will surely enjoy 1501 Washington St. for many years to come.”
