Nolan of Pearce and Press of Press/Cuozzo handle condo unit sale
North Haven, CT Chris Nolan, senior commercial associate at Pearce Commercial Real Estate, has completed the sale of Unit F-1 at 250 State St., with the assistance of cooperating broker Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors.
The first-floor office space at Sturbridge Commons, formerly an attorney’s office, measures 2,882 s/f.
The seller, represented by Nolan, was Richard DeSarbo of Guilford, and the buyers, represented by Press, were Nick Cassella and Frank Landino.
