The Conrad Group, Inc. leases 30,000 s/f building to South Shore YMCA

The Conrad Group, Inc. has recently negotiated a long term lease for 30,000 s/f at 1075 Washington St. The firm was hired by the International Church of The Foursquare Gospel last year to secure a long term tenant. The building which underwent a major renovation in 2008 has been leased to the South Shore YMCA. The lot consists of 6.25 acres and has parking for 260 cars on site. According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Grp., " We are extremely happy to have found such a strong tenant for the building. The Hanover branch of the South Shore YMCA is a one of a kind facility offering amenities rarely found in athletic clubs locally. This property allows them to continue to grow in order to accommodate their ever increasing membership." The YMCA does plan some interior modifications to the building but plans on opening this fall. Conrad was assisted by Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Grp.
