The Conrad Group negotiate lease at Norwell Corp. Center on behalf of the owner, Foxrock Properties

The Conrad Group has recently negotiated a long term lease at Norwell Corporate Center on behalf of the owner, Foxrock Properties. The new tenant is Thorbahn Associates, a leading provider of employee benefits. Conrad was assisted by Paul McCourt and Jim McEvoy, also of The Conrad Group. Thorbahn Associates will be relocating its headquarters from Crown Colony Office Park in Quincy. According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, "We are extremely happy to add Thorbahn Associates to our tenant roster at Norwell Corporate Center. They will join Aramark Industries and TriCore Systems who also recently moved into the building." Norwell Corporate Center is a 120,000 s/f office building which has recently been renovated by Foxrock Properties following their acquisition of the building last year. The building offers amenities not typically offered in South Shore properties. They include a full service 5,000 s/f cafeteria, mens' and ladies' locker rooms and showers and a complete fitness center. In addition, there is free storage and service retail establishments within the building.
