The Conrad Group sells auto sales/service facility for $1.35 million
East Bridgewater, MA The Conrad Group has completed the sale of 68 Old Bedford Rd. for $1.35 million. The 4,752 s/f automotive sales and service facility is on 2.437 acres and is equipped with six drive-in doors, floor drains, lifts and has visibility on Rte. 18. The building formerly served as the showroom of Marquis Motor Cars.
The Conrad Group team of James McEvoy, senior vice president, and Robert Conrad, president, exclusively represented the seller, Nicola Properties, LLC and introduced the buyer, Purple Lady LLC.
