Newton, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. has assumed the management of 135 Wells Ave. The property is a Boston Sports Club (BSC), located within a commercial loop consisting of office and industrial buildings. Offering access to I-95, Rte. 9, and I-90, 135 Wells Ave. is convenient to customers working and/or living in Newton, Brookline, Needham, Dedham, and the surrounding area. The property is owned by a current client, G & Z Real Estate Investment LLC, also owners of TRAC 75 in Allston.
BSC is a full-service fitness facility, complete with tennis courts, a pool, a track, cardio equipment, weight training machines, and free weights. The club offers personal training, a myriad of fitness classes and children’s programs as well as daycare.
