The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker handles $375,000 sale
Seekonk, MA Ann Foncellino and the Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and sold a 3,000 s/f building on a 25,000 s/f lot located at 1589 Fall River Ave. for $375,000. The property was sold by Diane Gordon Trustee to Sylvia Sakr.
The commercial building is located on Rte. 6 previously used as a medical clinic, located in close proximity to Rtes. 195, 136, and 114 within heavily traveled developed area of retail. The building has parking and is handicap accessible.
The new owner has embarked on a total renovation of the property to become a health spa.
Services will include therapeutic massages, facials, hair services and nails. The interior will be stylish, quiet and relaxing.
The property also features electric car charging stations for clients with electric vehicles.
