Greene | Sweeney Team at RPL sells Joseph E. Fletcher House for $1.4m

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd (RPL) completed the sale of 19 Stimson Ave. for $1.4 million. Sales associates Kira Greene and Michael Sweeney of The Greene | Sweeney Team represented both sides of this transaction. RPL listed 22 of the 24 single-family East Side sales of $1 million-plus in 2019, while representing 44 of the 48 transaction sides. 

Built in 1889 by the firm of Stone, Carpenter, & Willson, the Joseph E. Fletcher House is a historic gem sitting on over half an acre of landscaped grounds in College Hill.
