The Geenty Group brokers two lease transactions

According to The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford, 5,500 s/f has been leased at 101-B Fowler Rd. The new tenant is HAVCO Comfort Systems, Inc. President Kevin Lynch said this unit will serve as shop and office space for their HVAC business. The landlords are David and Susan Domizi. The tenant was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR, and the landlord was represented by Barry Stratton, both of The Geenty Group Realtors. In another transaction, 800 s/f has been leased at 158 Research Dr., Milford, in a multi-tenant facility. The new tenant is Francis Brogan, d/b/a The Well Seasoned Nest. He will use the space for the distribution and storage of garden ornaments and related items. The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC. Both the tenant and the landlord were represented by William Clark of The Geenty Group Realtors.
