The Geenty Group leases 1,280 s/f at 375 Morgan Lane in West Haven
The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 1,280 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility in The 12 Oaks condominium complex at 375 Morgan Ln.
The landlord is John C. D'Amato, Jr. and The LAD Trust, and the tenant is GHL USA. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent.
