The Geenty Group leases 2,244 s/f to The Little Columbia Restaurant
The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the five-year lease of The Little Columbia Restaurant, a 2,244 s/f free-standing building on 672 Main St. with onsite parking. The tenants are Julio and Rosalba Vera of Vera Vera Enterprises, LLC.
The landlord is Giovannina Associates, LLC. The Geenty Group, Realtors was the sole broker in this transaction, with Juan Marquez serving as the tenant's agent and Kristin Geenty SIOR serving as the agent for the landlord.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million.
