The Geenty Group leases 3,133 s/f at 139 Mill Rock Rd. East for landlord, Mill Rock Leasing, LLC
Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports a five-year lease of 3,133 s/f at 139 Mill Rock Rd., East.
The tenant is Renzo Gracie Shoreline Academy, LLC, with Andrew Papadopoulas as the owner. He trains children and adults in the art of Brazilian Jujitsu. The landlord is Mill Rock Leasing, LLC.
Kevin Geenty was the agent for the landlord. Joel Galvin of H. Pearce Company, was the agent for the tenant.
The space is a front unit in the building in The Old Saybrook Business Park. It will be fully renovated by A. Secondino & Son to match Papadopoulas’ specifications. It is hoped that the space will be ready for new student sign-ups in early September.
