North Haven, CT Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services has arranged the sale of 276-278 State St. Stephen Press, SIOR, marketed the property on behalf of 278 State Street, LLC. The 5,742 s/f property was vacant at the time of the sale. The property closed at $642,000.
The free-standing commercial building set on a .61 acre corner lot offers exposure on State St. near the Rte. 40 connector on/off ramp.
The buyer, Kitchen Advantage, LLC, will relocate their kitchen design showroom to this location. The buyer was represented by Gary G. Bookor & Associates.
