The Geenty Group leases 5,862 s/f in Old Saybrook Business Park to Cloud Nine Catering, LLC

Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Branford, represented the tenant in the long term leasing of 5,862 s/f of class A flex space at 5 Research Pkwy. The tenant is Cloud Nine Catering, LLC, whose principal is a trained culinary chef operating a multifaceted catering restaurant business. Chef Christian Chaumette plans to use the newly decorated culinary facility as a warehouse and staging area for his nine catering crews and as a location for tastings for prospective clients. Kevin Geenty, SIOR represented the landlord, Mill Meadow Development, LLC, the owner of the Old Saybrook Business Park which is comprised of eight buildings totaling 250,000 s/f with 29 tenants.
