The tenant is Cloud Nine Catering, LLC, whose principal is a trained culinary chef operating a multifaceted catering restaurant business. Chef Christian Chaumette plans to use the newly decorated culinary facility as a warehouse and staging area for his nine catering crews and as a location for tastings for prospective clients.
