The Geenty Group, Realtors leases 1,400 s/f retail unit
The Geenty Group, Realtors leased a 1,400 s/f retail unit at 785 Boston Post Rd. The tenant is 9 Round New England, LLC. They will use the space for their newest boxing style studio for a 9 Round Fitness Center.
Shaun Berner and Tina Valaouras are the owners. The landlord is Childress and Duncan, LLC, and Juan Marquez of The Geenty Group was the landlord's agent. Brad Whiteman of Coldwell Banker in Branford was the agent for the tenant.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
