
Springfield, MA Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has completed the sale of a 19,000 s/f CVS located at 615 Belmont Ave., according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $13.2 million.
Senior managing director James Koury and associate Alex Quinn, retail investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer.
