The Lannan Company receives approval for 17,900 s/f Flagstone Crossing

Hudson, NH The Lannan Company, Inc. received full planning board approval on November 6th for the development of Flagstone Crossing, a new 17,900 s/f single-story retail shopping center located at 2 Flagstone Dr.  Starbucks (2,200 s/f) and DCU (5,000 s/f) have already signed leases, with several other tenants in negotiation. 

Demolition of the four existing buildings begins this month in preparation for construction commencing on April 1, 2020.  Bohler Engineering, Landry Architects and  TCD Construction are collaborating with the Lannan Co. to deliver Flagstone Crossing for tenant occupancy on September 1, 2020.
