I believe one’s reputation is the most important quality to preserve. By giving upfront, straightforward advice, people remember that good experience and will call in the future for help. You must be able to sleep at night and look at yourself in the mirror without regrets. Put simply, treat others as you would want to be treated. That can produce a win/win solution to whatever challenges you meet.”
