East Providence, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the $600,000 sale of 245 Warren Ave. The Local Group of Lila Delman Compass, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer in this transaction. The building was known as “Rose Furniture Company” for over eight decades.

This building has 140 ft. of frontage and over 30,000 s/f of open space with flexible usage. The sale also included the vacant lot located at 320-322 Mauran Ave.
