Beverly, MA According to Brian DApice, principal of The Mega Group, the company has been retained to exclusively market for lease the Commodore Plaza. Jennifer DApice, the firm’s managing partner, will oversee the task of making available for immediate occupancy street retail or professional suites ranging from 1,540 to 4,000 s/f in size.

The Commodore Plaza is a 43,380 s/f shopping center on Rte. 1A, a quarter mile from the North Beverly Commuter Rail Station. Area retailers include Panera Bread, Eva’s Farm Organic Meat Market, Starbuck’s and Bertucci’s.
