The Mega Group retained to market 43,380 s/f Commodore Plaza

Beverly, MA According to Brian DApice, principal of The Mega Group, the company has been retained to exclusively market for lease the Commodore Plaza. Jennifer DApice, the firm’s managing partner, will oversee the task of making available for immediate occupancy street retail or professional suites ranging from 1,540 to 4,000 s/f in size.

The Commodore Plaza is a 43,380 s/f shopping center on Rte. 1A, a quarter mile from the North Beverly Commuter Rail Station. Jennifer DApice states location is adjacent to Stop & Shop on the primary commuter route between Hamilton-Wenham and Rte. 128. The property features two-way marquee signage on Rte. 1A, and about 220 on-site parking spaces.

The shopping center is anchored by Evviva Cucina Italian Cuisine and includes many quality names such as Nails & Co. Spa, Desjardins Jewelers, Elements, New England Running Company, Fantastic Sam’s, Dog Spa, Sunbanque, Subway, Edible Arrangements, Empower Yoga, People United Bank, North Shore Karate Academy and the Gourmet Garden - Chinese Organic Sushi Lounge.

Area retailers include Panera Bread, Eva’s Farm Organic Meat Market, Starbuck’s and Bertucci’s.

The Mega Group, based in Danvers, Mass., has been providing commercial real estate brokerage services since 1997.
