The Nery Corp. completes sale of 9,008 s/f commercial building
Kevin Nery, president of The Nery Corporation, completed the sale of 273-279 Bullocks Point Ave.
The 9,008 s/f two-story commercial building, situated on a 9,637 s/f lot, consists of 5 retail units on the first floor and offices or studio space on the 2nd floor.
The seller was C&R Investments LLC and the buyer was Chahine Elhaoui. They were represented by Michael Volpe from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
