The New England Real Estate Journal relocates its offices to 17 Accord Park Drive

The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) will be relocating its offices. NEREJ has leased 4,980 s/f of office condo space at 17 Accord Park Dr. from Peter Hersey of KKH Associates, Inc. Joe O'Neill represented NEREJ in the transaction. The 2-story office building contains 25,000 s/f. David Sullivan, chief financial officer of NEREJ, said that the building fit many of the company's needs, keeps the office close to Rte. 3 and in Norwell. NEREJ undertook a major interior renovation and moved from its 57 Washington St. where it had been located for 45 years. A&O Danner Companies served as the general contractor. "We couldn't have been happier with another contractor," said Sullivan. Roland Hopkins founded the New England Real Estate Journal in January 1963. The New England Real Estate Journal is published every Friday. The front section includes general commercial real estate information throughout New England. The weekly supplements focus on the most recent commercial/investment news in the specific regions or industries. Also published each week is a Billboard section, our version of display classified and auctions. A & O Danner's recent commercial projects include #hashtag in the Barron Building, 620 Mass. Ave., Cambridge; Jack Wills stores on Newbury St. and Nantucket; and the W Hotel in Boston.
