Braintree, MA The Peabody Companies has realized a milestone with 15,275 units under its management and nearly 600 team members.

Now celebrating its 46^th year in business, the Peabody Companies is one of the largest and most respected management companies in the Northeast, with housing properties under its management throughout New England and communities in New Jersey and Florida.

Despite the largess of the ever-growing portfolio, the Peabody Companies maintains a mission-driven outlook, successfully demonstrating their commitment to both clients and residents through its Peabody Resident Services (PRS) Program. Founded in 1995, this program serves a portfolio of more than 100+ affordable housing communities to promote resident services in affordable housing and was approved by Medicaid (MassHealth) as a Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program provider. PRS also provides resident service coordinator consultation services to several nonprofits servicing special populations including veterans and formerly homeless individuals.
