Westborough, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented the seller and procured the buyer directly in the sale of 62 Hopkinton Rd. for $1.537 million.
The 24,696 s/f industrial building is located on 2.78 acres. The buyer plans to use the space for their own moving and storage business, Piece by Piece Movers.
