The Procopio Companies earns honors at 2021 PRISM Awards Gala

Boston, MA The Procopio Companies has earned seven PRISM Awards following the annual PRISM Awards Gala hosted on October 21st by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB).

The PRISM Awards recognize the most notable projects and innovative achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers, and other professionals in the Greater Boston area. The 2021 PRISM Awards received an all-time record of 331 entries across 83 companies in categories ranging from new construction and remodeling, to design, sales, and marketing.

Procopio earned honors across multiple categories from Superintendent of the Year to Best Rental Community. Procopio earned gold-level PRISM awards in the categories of Best Landscaping Design and Best Rental Community for Sedna Beverly Waterfront Apartments, Best Website: Community, Builder or Associate and Best Clubhouse: Community for Caldwell, as well as Project Manager of the Year which went to George Bertocchi. In the silver-level awards, Procopio earned Best Use of Smart Home Technology for Caldwell, and Superintendent of the Year, which went to Pasquale Triantafyllou.

Procopio’s standard of design and innovation has propelled the company to earn PRISM awards for multiple projects across several categories. Both Sedna and Caldwell utilize Alfred, a savvy smart tech application that connects tenants to home “tidy-up” and convenience services. For Best Clubhouse: Community, Procopio partnered with architecture firm DMS Design, as well as CUBE 3 for interior design to bring the clubhouse to life.
