Newington, CT The Proto Group competed the following transactions:

• Hartford Restaurant Group, LLC signed a ten year lease for 9,000 s/f in the Raymour & Flanigan building at 3375 Berlin Tpke., to open another Wood N Tap restaurant. Kathy Boudreau of Raymour & Flanigan negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Furniture Executives No. 4 LP. The Proto Group represented the tenant.

• J. Harstan’s Jewelers has leased 3,500 s/f of retail space at 893 North Colony Rd. in Wallingford. The 10,730 s/f center is now 100% leased. The 5-year lease has a value of $372,000 and The Proto Group LLC was the sole broker. The retail center comprises of Starbucks, Great Clips, AT&T Phone Store and Panchero’s Mexican Grill.

• Community Residence Inc. of Newington has leased 1,500 SF of warehouse space at 617 Watertown Ave. in Waterbury for use as a maintenance facility and warehouse. The 3-year lease was valued at $30,600. The Proto Group LLC represented the landlord and Wollman Realty represented the tenant.

• Flash New Haven LLC has purchased 666 and 670 Main St. in East Haven, which consists of a 3-family house and a 3,700 s/f commercial building, at an auction led by Samantha Kelly of Tranzon Auction Properties. The auction price was $340,000. The Proto Group and Kelly represented the sellers.
