The Street Chestnut Hill welcomes Limani restaurant

Chestnut Hill, MA The Street Chestnut Hill is getting a taste of the Mediterranean with the arrival of popular New York-based restaurant, Limani. Slated to open later this year, Limani will transport its guests to the coastal shores of Greece and Cyprus with a menu celebrating Mediterranean flavors, spices, and premium, wholesome ingredients. It will be the restaurant’s first location outside of New York and will feature elements unique to The Street. Spanning two levels, Limani’s expansive space overlooks Hammond Pond and will feature a wine bar on its ground floor welcoming guests. Limani will be open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch; private dining will also be available.

Limani is known in New York and beyond for creating an experience rich in these elements, offering only the freshest ingredients, produce, and seafood in a bright, coastal-inspired setting fit for any occasion. Limani’s attention to ingredients, vibrant ambience and spirited culture will all be a part of its recipe for The Street.  

“The Street Chestnut Hill is a dining destination that continues to introduce new and exciting culinary experiences to the neighborhood. Limani has become a celebrated restaurant in New York and we can’t wait to welcome it to Chestnut Hill! From the menu to the ambiance, we know it will be spectacular. We look forward to sharing more details as we approach Limani’s debut later this year,” said Alana Stein, general manager of The Street Chestnut Hill.

Limani at The Street will be the restaurant’s third location and first restaurant in the Boston area. Upon opening, it will join The Street’s culinary roster including Bianca and Mr Roni Cups, Blue Bottle Coffee, Chef Ronsky’s, OddFellows Ice Cream Co., Chilacates, sukker & sweet, Aquitaine, Davio’s, The Bagel Table, and Bernard’s. It will be located next to Bluemercury, at 33 Boylston St.

The Street is a leader in national retail trends and a cornerstone within its community, The Street provides its visitors with a collection of over 40 brands, as well as lively programming by way of art, music, fitness, and kid-friendly fun. The Street boasts the first OddFellows Ice Cream Co., Juice Press, Showcase SuperLux, Shake Shack and Splendid in Massachusetts, as well as local and national restaurants and retailers such as Blue Bottle, Warby Parker, Simon Pearce, Porcelanosa, Polkadog Bakery, Bianca and Mr Roni Cups, Chef Ronsky’s, Chilacates, sukker & sweet, lululemon athletica and PNC Bank. The Street’s transformation under owner WS Development led the International Council of Shopping Center’s U.S. Design and Development to recognize the property with a Gold Award in the category of Renovations/Expansions of Mixed-use Projects. 

The Street is located at 33 Boylston St., directly along Rte. 9, between Hammond Pond Parkway and Hammond St.
