The Stubblebine Co. and AIS Development handle $16.9m sale
Westminster, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the sellers, Jumbo Capital and the Westminster Business Park, while Andrew Sacher, principal of AIS Development Inc., represented the buyer, Equity Industrial Partners, in the $16.9 million sale of 50.73-acre Theodore Dr. site.
Home Depot has executed a lease with EIP for a 600,000 s/f build-to-suit class A distribution building at the subject property. The pad ready rail-served fully permitted site is located one mile from Rte. 2.
