This transaction involved leasing 25,188 s/f of space in a 166,000 s/f multi-tenanted building, previously home to the Union Leader newspaper. PickUp USA Fitness, making its New Hampshire debut, will offer a blend of fitness and basketball services, including NBA regulation-size basketball courts and an expansive weight training area.
