The Stubblebine Co. brokers $2.175 million building sale

50 Fuller Avenue - Attleboro, MA

Attleboro, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, have sold a 41,742 s/f fully leased property situated on seven paved rail served acres at 50 Fuller Ave. for $2.175 million. 

The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, RNKCO Management, Co., and the buyer, 50 Fuller LLC, in the transaction.

Built in 1973, 50 Fuller Ave. has a number of salient attributes including CSX rail siding and seven paved acres. The property is located close to the intersection of Rte. 95 and Rte. 495. The current tenant utilizes the entire site for storage of equipment and inventory.

Established in 1987, The Stubblebine Co. specializes in selling and leasing large industrial properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England.
