The Stubblebine Co. completes three sales totaling $12.15 million

Westborough, MA David Skinner, David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, and Chris Michniewicz of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold 40,566 s/f on 5.87 acres at 97 Turnpike Rd. to Monroe Tractor for $4.8 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Five K LLC, and directly procured the buyer, Monroe Tractor.

Founded in 1951, and based in Henrietta, NY, Monroe Tractor is a family-owned and WBE-certified business with 13 locations throughout New York State and New England. Monroe Tractor specializes in sales, rental, parts, and service of agriculture and construction equipment throughout New York State and New England.

In addition, Skinner, David Stubblebine, and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. sold a 60,000 s/f industrial building to WB Mason at 60 Industrial Blvd. in Brockton Mass. for $5.15 million ($86 per s/f). This transaction represents the highest industrial sale to a user in the last five years. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, FW Webb Company. Mark Donahue of M. Donahue Associates represented the buyer.

The building boasts 24’ – 28’ clear height, five tailboard loading docks, one oversized drive-in door, a fully built-out retail showroom and self-serve wholesale counter.

FW Webb Company doubled its size by moving to its brand-new, state of the art 130,000 s/f facility at 500 Elm St., Bridgewater Mass. FW Webb Company is the largest plumbing, heating, and cooling industrial supplier in New England.

Also, Skinner, represented an undisclosed buyer in the $2.2 million sale of 68 Highland Ave. in Needham, Mass. Tom Godino of Godino & Company, Inc represented the seller. The building is 4,806 s/f situated on 0.3 total acres.
