The Stubblebine Co. handles $1.75 million 25,000 s/f building sale for C.A. Realty Corp.

Billerica, MA Select Stone has purchased a 25,000 s/f 18’ clear single story industrial building at 7 Esquire Rd., for $1.75 million. James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the buyer, Select Stone, and the seller, C.A. Realty Corp.

David Stubblebine said, “The purchase represents an expansion for Select Stone, a company that has already been located in Billerica for a number of years.”

Select Stone is a family-owned and operated business with over 20 years experience fabricating and installing granite, marble and other stone products. At Select Stone, the focus is on quality, superior service and client satisfaction. Select Stone works with both residential and commercial customers, as well as architects and designers.
