The Stubblebine Co. sells 3.4 acre parcel to RAM Construction, LLC for $25 million - to be a redevelopment for wholesale, distribution, and retail

Boston, MA David Skinner, senior advisor and David Stubblebine, president and principal of The Stubblebine Co., sold 58 Hampden St. to RAM Construction, LLC for $25 million. The 3.4 acre parcel is located within 1 mile of I-93 and I-90 and is slated to be a redevelopment for an inner city wholesale, distribution, and retail showroom. Skinner represented the buyer and David Stubblebine represented the seller in the transaction.

The Stubblebine Company is currently marketing an approximately 1.3-acre subdivision of this parcel for sale that will not be included in the new development plans.

This new construction project will play a massive role in transforming and revitalizing the Newmarket industrial neighborhood from along Melnea Cass Blvd. by focusing on sustainability and community focused amenities around the premises. This effort has been the result of a highly successful partnership with the Boston Planning & Development Agency.
