Sterling, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals and Alan Ringuette, senior advisor, at The Stubblebine Company, sold 44 Chocksett Rd., a 17.61 acre property improved with a 25,600 s/f hi-bay warehouse building for $1.975 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Sterling Chocksett Trust, and directly procured the buyer, Chocksett Property Owner, LLC, in the transaction.

Located less than a mile from I-190, 44 Chocksett Rd., strategically located just off I-190, is a unique property comprised of 10 flat cleared acres for outside product storage, two cranes, 19 drive-in doors, and 24’ - 25’ clear height. The property is available immediately for lease. The aforementioned Stubblebine Company industrial brokerage team will serve as the exclusive marketing agent.
