$11.355 million portfolio sale

Peabody, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold 100 & 200 Corporate Place and 1R Newbury St., a 47,749 s/f 14’ clear flex building and a 46,294 s/f five-story office building. James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller in the transaction for a sale price of $11.355 million. The portfolio was sold to Christian Assembly, Inc. and Ebenezer Tax & Services.

100 & 200 Peabody Place and 1R Newbury St. is a 98%-leased multi-tenant office portfolio located at the I-95 and Rte. 1 interchange with I-95 and Rte. 128 exposure.
