Greater Boston Commercial Properties sells
48,848 s/f office building for $6.4 million

Westborough, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 287 Turnpike Rd. The 48,848 s/f office building is located on 15.82 acres with visibility on Rte. 9 at a lighted intersection.

Since the properties’ last purchase in 2013 which O’Brien procured the buyer for, he has worked closely with the seller to put long-term leases in place, and has continued to secure new tenants, bringing the first and second floors to full occupancy prior to the sale.

The property was bought by Atlantic Union Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists for $6.4 million. The organization plans to occupy the third floor for its operations headquarters.
