The Stubblebine Company brokers $6.55 million in two building sales

Leominster, MA F & M Plastics has purchased a 227,422 s/f single story industrial building 175 Pioneer Dr., for $5.15 million. David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, Star Realty, in the transaction, while the buyer was represented by Andrew Sacher of AIS Development.

David Stubblebine said, “The principals of F & M Plastics purchased the building because of its proximity to Rte. 2 and I-190 and their Leominster headquarters combined with the fact that the building has heavy power and immediate access to the Orchard Hill Mall.”

Also, Premier Storage Investors LLC recently purchased 395 Woburn St. in Tewksbury, a 3.7 tract of land for $1.4 million. David and James Stubblebine represented both the seller, CC & Sons Builders, and the buyer, Premier Storage Investors LLC. Premier Storage has obtained all requisite permits to develop a self storage facility on the site.
