The Stubblebine Company completes $1.2 million sale of 63,000 s/f building

The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International recently sold 225 Industrial Rd., a 63,000 s/f single-story, 16' clear industrial building to Specialty Products Resources for $1.2 million. David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, B&J Real Estate Trust, and also directly procured the buyer, Specialty Products Resources. Ringuette said, "Specialty had been leasing warehouses in the area for years and made a strategic decision to own a high quality warehouse just off Rte. 2 for an extremely attractive price." The Stubblebine Co. specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
